UF health was awesome today! My visit was for dentistry and I couldn’t have been more impressed! A dental tech by the name Becky cleaned my teeth and I was really good at her job. We all know when we get that person that loves what they do. Becky was definitely that person and it showed in her work. She made me comfortable and ensured that the experience was pleasant the whole time!! Thank you Becky!!!!

I will begin saying that in any corporation, business, and or company! Professionalism, leadership, accountability and the highest degree of meticulous attention to detail in customer service begins at the forefront, but in this comment I'm talking about at UF Health wildlight dentistry and in this particular situation I'm talking about in the dentistry department the two young lady in the administration area embodies what I'm talking about in this post. I was recently referred to UF health wildlight dentistry. By the VA clinic and what I'm posting in this post I've already told the two young ladies at the administration front desk that their customer's service skills and common courtesy service is highly impeccable and is appreciated by me and I can only imagine by other customers too. The kindness and remarkable customer service is simply outstanding from start to finish upon completion of my dental work from the start of the appointments. The dentist is exceptional! The two young ladies are the cornerstone of what work at UF Health Wildlight dentistry from scheduling previous to present appointments! Dr.Desai and her assistant is amazing! She never once hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable at all. She talked me through the whole procedure. I was nervous first going in but will never be nervous with this Dr. again. I had an amazing experience.

The office manager is amazing. She is always pleasant and will ask how my son is doing. The hygienist, assistant, and Dr. Desai are amazing too. They are honest and I like the environment. I previously went to a nearby facility and had a horrible experience. This office is patient centered. They listen to your concerns and provide you with a treatment plan.

Each time I've visited UF Health Dentistry - Wildlight My experience has been very professional, and the techs know their job well. The Place is sanitized, and I was made to feel very comfortable. They are good at their job, the reason I can say that is because I've gone to several other dental clinics to try them out and ended up having to walk out because they tried to over treat me. By giving me xrays I didn't need plus my insurance did not cover all of that stuff. Another time a dental clinic tried to set me up for some dental work that I really,didn't need at the time. So at UF Health Dentistry- Wildlight I found them to be fair in their dealings. I'm recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors.
